George can have one- tho it will need a flywheel like a steam roller.

On the other hand i find turbo sessions really good, get a few training DVD's and or get a thumpin' music selection on yer ipod.

There are plenty of training routines availiable on the web- just mix it up a little.
You can get a great structured workout on a turbo- no stopping- no free wheeling- no junctions or traffic- plenty of sweat tho, get a fan.

Yes, I find having Fans really helps. My wife and two little girls sit in front of me and cheer me on, this really helps when you get to the hard climbing sections as it motivates me to keep going. Also I recommend an air conditioning system.

p.s. If you can do 2 or 3 sessions a week you will notice big improvements. But, doing them is really hard, and therefore I have not noticed big improvements for some time.

Ian, how good is the I-magic and what is the difference between the later version Fortius. Is there a noticeable difference as the price is significantly different?
