[quote="George"]I will not be eating pancakes tomorrow, It's not in my training plan and plus my race season kicks off this Saturday

Where's the HQ/course - Newdigate area? It's a 2pm first rider isn't it, what time are you off?
Doing Old Ports ride on Sunday so may just go for a very easy ride on Saturday, could swing by to see the new TT powerhouse fly by, although I have a feeling there might be a hill at the end of this course.

Only this Saturday? And b0ll0cks to pancakes not forming part of your training plan! Think of the protein from the eggs and milk!!!

Where you off to Saturday anyway?

Yes your right Andrew Crawley cc GS/189 2pm start 14.8 mile sporting TT it's right on our clubrun route.
Starts off at Faygate back down through Rusper through Newdigate and just carries on this road which leads up Partridge lane past Charlwood lane and then left at the end back through Rusper to Faygate.

Not sure of the HQ yet?

here's a map of the course

Get back on topic, George!

Some combination of Nutella, banana, orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar (how come it tastes so good?), apples (no, not him!) and home-made mincemeat ice cream.

I'm not sure how many calories I burned down in Kent on Saturday, but I reckon that's them replaced good and proper.

George,
You could swing by the cafe, have a cup of tea, then back on the course - and still win it

Well I've been and gone and done it. Made pancakes that is. First time for everything made the batter, stuck it in the pan - ballsed up the first one - poor wrist action  but the rest were belters.

Filling - creme fraiche, blueberries and maple syrup.

Nice!
