Jason and I are keen on this ride so will probably see you at 8.30. In the club run we usually ride in the 18s or 19s so hope this ok pace-wise otherwise we'll struggle on ourselves in the heat!

Good fun and thanks to Mike for providing the direction....We should make this a more regular club run. Its about the right distance and has soem quite challenging climbs.

Thanks to mike and graham for showing us the way round this fantastic route, couldn't have asked for a better day's cycling in the surrey hills
Didn't tank it round,just kept it nice and steady,but felt it enough in the legs after box hill and back down the A23
Great prep for the TOW in two weeks
