Dura Ace and get a couple of those KMC connectors for if it ever snaps

I've read several times that DuraAce chains are the best, even if you have a Campagnolo transmission. As an added bonus, if you use Campy and a DA chain, you can use both Campy and Shimano cassettes!
I have not tested that myself yet but will replace my Chorus chain by a DA one when it's worn.
I guess you can use a KMC connector with it if you often take your chain off.

The old style DA had a specific connecting pin and required skill and patience to connect the chain properly, but the 2009 has it's own "quicklink" similar to that of KMC.

The 10 speed DA is 5.88mm wide and campy is 5.9mm. Shouldn't make any difference.

..and if you are going to use KMC connectors, be careful to get the right size as they do 6 and 6.2mm

I am currently using a DA chain on Campag cassette (found myself with a broken chain near a Shimano-only stockist, since you ask). It works ok, but lacks a certain Italian flair.

I switched to KMC as everyone I asked who used them (Shimano and Campagnolo users) said they were better, and I've had no problems with them. The missing-link works very well.
