Sounds good Kieran, what do you think of the 10h30 session - is it worth doing?

yea, its a good warm up for the later session and gets you back into the ways of the track bike, (no coasting crossing the finish line!) the later session would be a bit short on its own and also lets you sus out who to watch in the later races. So are you going to go?
