Very Lyrical Michelle - deserved fewer meandering comments

On my ride today I saw today, several horses, a lot of road kill, 3 angry drivers, probably a similar number of leaves, 17 elderly male cyclist, 3 female cyclist, Horsham town centre, 2 ladies that smiled as we passed, I female cyclist who looked panicked as we passed quickly in the opposite direction on a narrow lane, 3 national trust employees doing very little on box hill, a car mistakenly passing on a blind bend (hardly worth mentioning) and fallen cyclist following a touch of wheels that I may or may not have precipitated.
What I saw today on my training ride at lunchtime…

One herd of roe deer, two with antlers
Two toffee-coloured long-horned cows
One toffee-coloured no-horned calf, suckling
One cart horse.
Two donkeys.
One stoat.
One hawk.
One cyclist.
One very wintry looking sky, washed out and pale, with dove grey clouds and with an egg-shell blue horizon
Three hundred and forty seven thousand, five hundred and thirteen dead leaves.
And a parrot on a telegraph wire.

:D
on friday's lunch time training ride around one of London's famous parks I counted. 7 people jogging, loads of teenage kids playing rugby, a bohemian looking lady painting, a police man carry some kind of automatic weapon and best of all these :D :D
