Brilliant session today. Thanks everyone, and especially Phil for organising.

Although after the first half hour and the problem of not being able to push off whilst clipped in I wasn't so sure.

After Joyce kept telling me to relax the confidence built enough to get high on the barriers albeit for a few fleeting seconds.

Just about getting into the swing of things when the session came to an end. Always best to leave wanting a little bit more.

Lots achieved today but it's only the tip of the iceberg. The earlier problems haven't put me off and looking forward to a return visit.

What a fantastic experience. Never would have imagined riding around the top of the bank after only an hour or so
