Yes - an 08.30 departure from CSS - we won't be pushing it down there as  and I have the NP 25 following day.

Cheers - Snoop

I'll be giving this a shot as long as I remember to turn up at CCS half an hour earlier. I intend on riding harder than Ive ever done before and really pushing myself just to see if Im any good or I just blow up and end up in a hedge somewhere in some delirious state of exhaustion eating bluebells :D

'tis only 10 miles Ant, even if you go flat out and blow-up and have to hang on for grim death for the last mile or 2 then you'll know how much to knock it back by next time.

Snoop, Did you have a planned route out there? Not the most exciting but we could just scoot down the A24 and get to the start that way (possibly flicking down the A29 too). It'd give folk a chance to see where the turn was on their way out so they recognised it after the off. Although the ride out would be less attractive as far as pretty scenery went it would be fairly direct so less miles and then we should be able to hook up with others in Charlwood afterwards for the ride home.

Daft idea/nay bad - delete as applicable.

Cheers Mr  . Well I've been doing a bit or prep work for this....not that Im taking it to seriously you understand :D Just been out and done a 10 mile blast over really lumpy roads around where I live inc stop start for every bleedin' set of lights I came accross and still averaged 19.7 mph. Last night I towed Lockey round the TT course at Horne at a fair rate on knots, think we averaged about 22/23 mph over 3 laps with me on the front 90% of the time (thanks to him for motivating me and telling me to keep going) so hopefully on sat should do the 10 miles in under 30 mins....(famous last words)
