USADA has no legal right to strip LA of his TdF titles. They also seem to be ignoring their own 8-year statute of limitations on drugs matters when they apply to Mr Armstrong.
That said I suggest Marco begins perusing the cakes at Nonna's or the Pine Cafe as I shall accept a UCI decision to strip the titles as evidence that he cheated. As to who they award them to afterwards.....?

Clearly an unimpeachable source.

I guess McQuaid will shy away from sanctioning McQuaid though.

Yeah cheers Marco, thanks for your informative articles you have posted both here and FB I have read a lot more into this than ever before. I used to think LA was just a dick, but now I know he is a cheating dick.

Can see more and more of this coming out now - certainly not groundbreaking but an interesting insight

Can't help wondering what EPO or an armful of my own chilled claret would do for me; keep up with the TG until the lights by Montys Cafe or lap Sylv a couple of times at Hillingdon.

I found that (for me the legal equivalent of blood doping), a month of intense cycling at high altitude, gave me a boost worth about 2mph. I went from "comfortable" in the 18s to "comfortable" in the 20mph group and able to think about contesting the sprint. A blood test at work before and after the trip to Colorado showed an increase in hematocrit from 42 to 47. It felt great. Unfortunately, the effect only lasted for about a week or two.

As my holiday involved 2 weeks vegging on a beach at sea level my next CR should see me comfortable in the 15s or J4Fs

Not sure if I've posted this before, but it's the experience of someone who tried the drugs as a personal experiment rather than to cheat per-se. It's interesting. Most of the benefit seems to be in being able to train harder. So it wouldn't help me.

I'm sure you can't get hold of EPO around here anyway - or the sport would be in a right staite.

Interesting article. I think I first saw it in Telegraph, when I could read things closer than arm's length without having to remove contact lenses and then risk tripping over the cat.

What have Mitt Romney and cycling got in common? Yes, it is his campaign advisor who wrote that article.

Interesting. So he's trying to get Romney elected - he seems to relish a challenge.
