In times past - tour riders used to put a raw steak in their shorts to provide comfort from boils - I can reccomend the meat market in surrey street.

They used to cut holes in their saddles to pop the boil in to as well.
Mind you if you've forked out 70 quid of your own money on an Arione you're not going to be that keen to attack it with the kitchen knife!
