Paul, I wouldn't worry about what's written here, a forum is kinda like email in that people often don't think enough about what they are saying. Having been in the club for a few years now I see the same faces helping out at events etc and realise the amount of work people like you do behind the scenes so that racers can turn up, sign on and race. My wife helps run a local club (non-cycling) and it's sometimes amazing what users take for granted, not realising that she was up late many nights on the computer printing out forms, devising activities, responding to emails, liasing with funding bodies etc.

Not sure why we need a new section of forum. I was under the impression that the Racing section was for that type of stuff.

A lot of course depends on how organised everybody is. I can pretty much tell you what races I am doing from now until the middle of August, but that is mainly because my wife makes me put them on the calender so there are no clashes and also having to factor in work.

I would be more than happy to post what I am doing on the forum if that helps/encourages people to take up racing etc!
