Most of the new Fashion Fixies are ludicrously over priced. For the prices they charge you'd want Phil Wood hubs, a Royce bottom bracket, and a Chris King headset as a bare minimum.

Look at the prices knackered old track bikes (that weren't very good frames to start with) go for on ebay ...
