And tonight (Wednesday, 28 October), there's an exhibition (doesn't seem like quite the right word) at Hackbridge Community Hall in New Road, outlining what will be happening over the next year or so.... between 6pm and 9pm

Rather than a couple of blokes in a van with some hammers and a trowel who fancied having a go.
