Y'all

Pilates classes restart tomorrow, Weds Nov 11th at the club room. 8.30 prompt usual thang 6 week block (not including the AGM week so you can't use I've got Pilates as an excuse for not turning up @ that he he). £45 for the 6 session block - what excellent value I hear you cry. And it's local - local - local. No excuses keep yerself flexible and have a good laugh with some club mates. Rockin!

Is there room for one more? Looks as if I'll be able to make this, and am in sore need of some handy-bendiness.

Very good Sean. Plenty of bending, stretching the odd urrrhhh as we tried to manipulate ourselves in to a new position. It's amazing how much you can stretch your and work your body with relatively small movements. The new teacher adopts a roving and mingling brief though so there's no hiding at the back of the class anymore.

When I went before I found it useful but dropped it when the racing season started as I didn't have the time. I hope to be able to continue through winter as it certainly helps with core strength and stability, and is good to stretch the muscles properly when you have a desk bound job.
