Fixed wheel for the training ride

Postby TomBott » Thu Apr 29, 2004 12:12 pm

Hi

I'm intrested in joining the saturday morining ride but only have a fixed wheel road bike at the moment. Is the club ok with me using that (think I'll be firmly in the 15mph group....)

Thanks

Wow - Thanks for the super speedy response Marco

Front brake is in place - I aged about a year in the 3 weeks I rode round London without one. Hopefully should be there on Saturday then.

I've used a fixed wheel on the club run a few times. The clubrun route is quite good as there are no nasty steep hills so keepin the gear turning isn't a problem.

I'm planning to be out on the clubrun on Sat with my fixed wheel too.

See you then
