Quite an interesting article in the US Bicycling magazine about the link between cycling and osteoporosis.

Extremely interesting - didn't know that about coke; pleased I don't drink soft drinks.
Would have been more useful if it offered some suggestions - don't intend hanging up my bike in the near future.
Best advice I suppose is don't fall off, and when you get old, don't fall over.
