Beckie must be the favourite - one more good ride should take the trophy but it's so, so close - Darren Peachey is only one point behind her and Ian and Phil are by no means out of it.

That's not the attitude Jon! Come on let's see a mid 25 from you, it's in there you just need to find it and drag it out .

I wish I could be there to try (probably in vain) to hold onto a podium place but I'm taking the family up to do the Tour Ride in London and then watch to ToB finish. Otherwise the tri-bars have to be worth 30 seconds off the PB. Maybe.
