Hmm, recommended by Patrick Holford, who has somewhat controversial autism/MMR vaccine beliefs, and has breached ASA standards for truthfulness in advertising health products... *and* the Daily Mail :wink:

I take issue with Elliot describing Holford as "somewhat controversial". He's not controversial at all - he's a quack and purveyor of bullsh1t. There is no controversy.

I think I'll check this out. I was cattled after my solo ride yesterday, had the shivers after and just pooped. Feeling better now - maybe quiche and chorizo sossies wasn't the smartest recovery food?
