Still Alive!!!!!

Hi Guys!

I am still alive!!! Have had a right old couple of months!!! Florrie has been in hospital with what they believe to be a chest infection!!!! I don't think it is but that's another story - anyway she is now home and I now have an oversized machine pumping oxygen into her!!!! We see the consultant in 3 weeks time where I think they are hoping the problem will have gone away!!!! Me thinks not but we shall see!!!

Anyway haven't been on the bike for ages, I need to cos I'm now getting bingo wings and my bike has a thick layer of dust on it, which is never a good sign!!! Will pop into Charlwood next week providing have enough portable oxygen for the little 'un!!

*except for the bit about bingo wings Somebody can probably tell you the right exercise to do to combat them - and as for weights, a couple of tins of baked beans will do fine
