good pic! We had a great ride out to the hill climb, marco doing a sterling job in leading Marcus, Martin, Darren, Graham, Ben and myself on a nice meander through the woods. Shame we picked up a couple of mechanicals and got to the hill climb minutes after mr did himself and the ACC proud.

Lots of friendly faces out in support of the event, which is a really special one. So much cake was eaten and chats had before whizzing back home. Bit tired but a great day out

Superb ride by young Burton and he's had a great season.

Hardly did ACC pround Snoop, just made it over the line . I ride a lot of hills and can ride them okay all day, racing up ones this steep is a different kettle of fish though. 3.09 for me and a place at the back end of the field. It's all a bit of fun though and thanks to folks for the shouts.

A nice day starting with a ride to and from the Catford HC with PVT and cheer on Aodan and Fred who both did good rides and finished 0.6 seconds apart. They didn't race up together honest. Good to see so many at the Bec climb and see Jo and Ian again.

I can't wait to race this lad on the road... I am however exceptionally happy I wasn't around to have my ass kicked by him up that hill!

Had a great ride out with Snoop, Marco, Martin, Mad Graham (Power to the people), Darren and we picked up Ben along the way. Nice Off road route by Marco from Lloyd Park which included a nice bit off down hill section but mostly up, although no problems for anyone.

We met Bridget and Casper near the event then lots of Acc'ers once there. Unfortunately we missed Mr but it was a cracking day cheering on the 100 plus riders we did see. There were a variety of faces pulled by many of the contestants which would have won them medals at a gurning contest.

It was nice to be there to see the youngGerman win.

Hopefully next season Acc can get some more entries to these events, because they are a great family day out. Well done to Aodan and Fred for their Climbs at the Catford event.

Sylv not sure what your day job is but you are wasted, unless off course you are a professional photographer, if that is the case you are very good at your job, because those photo's are absolutely awesome. They have more than captured the days events and I very much doubt you will find better cycling phot's taken anywhere this weekend. Top man

Great win by Germaine Burton yesterday and great photo to boot.

You could try selling that photo but you would probably need to be quick to be regarded as news. On the other hand I overherad someone starting a minute or two ahead of me in the Catford that they worked for ipcmedia and were writing a "ride report". I'm guessing they could do with some photos.

That's why I processed them as soon as I got home, which took over 3 hours. Yes people want to see the photos the same day or the day after, not later.

Did send them the Burton one within an hour, but like other times, have yet to hear back from them. At least John will gladly have them : )
