More powertap help

Postby Steve B » Wed Dec 22, 2010 10:23 pm

So, got my new batteries in the hub and jumped on the turbo. Turned on the head unit and.... what the hell , all the numbers on the whole screen were jumping around like mad. Changed the battery, pressed all the buttons in all sorts of configurations, but nothing  . Its f******.
Took it into Butlers today. Might get it done under warranty but will have to wait and see what the powertap people say once they've received it. Anyway, that won't be till the new year.

Question is.. has anyone upgraded their head unit for a Garmin and are not using their Powertap CPU, or is anyone not going to be using theirs for a few weeks and wouldn't mind lending me it. Probably a long shot but I can only ask.

Here's hoping
