I needed some new tyres and did a Google search and they came up cheapest. I had to register when I ordered but didn't mind, the only snag was that delivery had to be to the address of the cardholder so I couldn't get it delivered to work. After I'd ordered I called them up and spoke to a very friendly chap who said it was the programme they used didn't let you give an alternative for your first order but should be okay in the future. I asked, and he said, that marking it to deliver to my neighbour if I wasn't in should be okay.
He then called me back within half an hour to say they'd boxed the order and marked the address label clearly to deliver to my neighbour.
Got home today and it was with my neighbour, free postage, delivered within 24 hours, very friendly and helpful staff.
