Monday night stay in and watch TV

BBC 4 is showing 3 good programmes with cycling themes on monday, 2 August. 8.30, "A Day OUt" an Alan Bennett drama - 9.20, Storyville about the 1976 Paris - Roubaix bike race and - 11.05 the not to be missed Belleville Rendezvous.

Today's training run was good with the Box Hill diversion meaning an extra hard and hot 12 miles. Many thanks
