Non cycling question (sorry) - builder wanted !

Does anyone know of a good quality builder/building contractor/roofer who's within easy reach of Crystal Palace ?

I've had water coming through the wall and think I might need a new soffit board for the roof or maybe the guttering needs clearing out - or maybe the roof needs re-doing, or maybe.....(something the builder would hopefully know) - Oh, and I'm on the top floor so they'll probably need scaffolding or a very long ladder.
