Find out how to get your tickets to watch 148 elite cyclists from Box Hill
Do you want to watch the London-Surrey Cycle Classic from the best spot on the route?
Spectators will be able to watch the action along the majority of the route, but 3,400 people will be given wristbands to watch the race along the 1.8km stretch on Zig Zag Road in Box Hill. Here, spectators will get the chance to see the 148 elite cyclists pass twice, as they lap Box Hill before heading up towards central London to the finish line.
The area is being restricted to protect its precious environment, which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
The race is taking place on Sunday 14 August 2011 and will act as a test event for the 2012 Olympics men’s and women’s road races.
The wristbands are available to local residents, youth groups and keen cycling enthusiasts and will be allocated using a number of methods.
If you want to be there, find out how to apply for tickets at
