For a slightly different approach, I can highly recommend Jo McRae who helped me with an exercise programme to address my neck and back pain and really helped me to start cycling again.
www.jomcrae.co.ukAs well as one-to-one sessions she has some group sessions to teach stretching to cyclists(!). The next is on 3rd October though. She had an article in a recent Cycling Weekly, but I don't know which issue I'm afraid.
Her approach is that "cycling is quite an 'unatural' sport for us human beings, and suggest the importance of 'correcting' for this fact with a proactive approach to off the bike exercise"
