Chelmsford Borough Council has launched a 'Grand Awards' scheme where residents and others can vote for their favourite scheme to get a grant of up to £1000. The Chelmer CC is one of three in the first running of the scheme so go to www.chelmsfordgrandawards.co.uk and cast your vote, and get all your friends and/or relatives to do the same - you don't have to be a borough resident for your vote to count.
