Has anyone ever been to the Paris Roubaix?

I'm thinking of planning a daytrip to catch some bits of it... anyone got any do's, don'ts or good places to go?

Orchies is a good place, 50km to go a long brutal stretch of pave past the infamous cemetery with beer marquee 1E and free big screen
