Today I have created my own blog and will, from now on, be posting my race reports on it. I will still post my results up here, but not the report.
I will put a link to my blog when I post results to remind you the report is there!
I think anyone can comment on it too.

No, I haven't raced yet! I've been off training for nearly a month because of pain in my ankle.
I went to a sports injury specialist the other day who told me some exercises to do to recover. I have to admit it's working!! 
I may race next week to check out the after affects of no training!!
...i'm also going out tomorrow for just over 20 miles if anyone want to come!

Ah. Wondered where you were this evening Matt.
Tom did his first Palace race since the first of the season. He found it hard.
