Sunrise to sunset ride

I know I don't get out on the club run much these day but not having not had many challenges recently I though it was time to do another sponsored event, this time cycling as far as I can on the longest day of the year. My chosen charity is ME Research UK, who undertake scientific investigation into causes and treatment of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis.
