Amy's (in)famous banana bread

Thinking of trying some variations on my Mum's banana bread recipe (I've already swapped nuts for poppy seeds) but how does vanilla or a spice like cinnamon or nutmeg sound? I've done some voting buttons just to gauge feelings - all in aid of a bit of fun
