Dear Ashley Nunn
In a move to make racing on our roads safer, BC are rolling out the accredited marshal scheme in the South East for 2015.

This exciting development will give marshals, subject to training the legal power to STOP and hold traffic during a race. No ifs and buts and red flagsbut the trade-off is that we need volunteers to make it work.

If you currently race (or have raced) on the road, please take a moment to think about how much work goes on behind the scenes, how many officials are busy doing their jobs, so that YOU can race, and see if you can spare some of your time to help us make this a SUCCESS, and that the so called congested South East can show what can be done.

Please see the attached flyer and contact Eric 07940 302 253 ericlejeune@britishcycling.org.uk if you want to be a part of road racings bright future.
