b) If you're interested, I've got a two hour slot for the club at 8:00am on Saturday Jan 30th at the Lee Valley Velodrome.

You don't have to have any accreditation, membership or track experience. Coaches will be provided. If you have got Look Keo shoes then that's great you can use those, if not then shoes can be provided.

If you need shoes then I need to know your shoe size - ideally in European.
