The racing season will finish soon and you're as fit as your gonna get this year. The 17's is way to comfortable, the 19's is not the challenge it once was and you've even had Marek gasping while sat on your wheel. He He!!! Indeed, you even did the club race or at least would've done if it wasn't for A, B or C. So what ya gonna do now? A fourth cat race at Hillingdon of course!!

I have a bigger personal challenge on the 9/10th September. I am going home and trying to do my local 10 mile course (which is very hilly) in 30 minutes. I have never done it and has always been a challenge I have wanted to achieve. I have never been fitter so we'll see how close I get. 34:30 minutes earlier in the year so a big time gap to pull back.

When I come back maybe I will try the 17th September. I bet there will be loads of people at that one.
