As one who didn't think it possible to put on a decent cyclo-cross race at Penshurst I'd like to congratulate Addiscombe CC on a great event yesterday. Whilst the terrain at PORC will never lend itself ideally to cross, unlike some previous efforts yesterdays course, if not a true cross course, was certainly not a mountain bike course either. It favoured cross bikes and it was actually great fun to be more technically challenged than normal.

Don't think anyone could have done better when setting a course. Well done to all involved and the event ran very smoothly as well.

I enjoyed myself and that's why I'm doing it. Thanks!!
