Couldn't recommend the Hotel Montecarlo higher.
Have stayed there twice and both stays have been superb. Food for you when you get back from riding, clothes drying on your balcony the next morning and very friendly (I can't vouch for the other hotels, but they all seem to offer the same level of service).

Also see:http://www.gregarios.co.uk/riders.htm as these guys seem to be regularly off to Riccione.

I hired both times, first a De Rosa and then a Fondriest. Saves the hassle of taking your own and is (was) only £65 per week.
