Saturday Clubrun

Update following my decision to check how hard the tarmac is in Redhill.
A&E at Mayday in the afternoon. X-rays and no broken bones.
Badly sprained wrist and a face that looks like I just did 10 rounds with Mohammed Ali. Surprisingly no damage to the bike. At least I can be repaired for free, given time.
Thanks to all you guys for your help and encouragement getting back home,
especially Monty, Alex and Phil.
You really are a great bunch of guys and gals and a great club.

Glad to hear you are on the mend John. You are correct in saying what a good club this is. I'll always remember how you looked after me on my first day. Get well soon mate!

Glad to hear you are ok John, and the wrist is only sprained, painful enough though!

All the best,

Phil
