Hey big fella - hope you enjoyed the ride on saturday  . On the last hill you gave a great big "sweet jesus nooooo". praps it was a 3 sandwich ride 8) .
I woke up on sunday morning laughing at about 4 ish, with the vision of you  waiting at the top of the hill before the cafe when we met up with the hill dodging crew, you were absolutely steaming out of your hat and the rest of your clothes- it looked like you were being poached!
I know Huw had a rough night after the ride as well as myself is it because we are over tired? No kip for me when i got home as well, does anyone else have this problem/ sympton?
Maybe DR toks will know

Actually, I have the opposite problem - I struggle to stay awake between rides...

Owen - have you considered track racing? Your speed over 1km is phenomenal. Give Hearn Hill a go on saturday mornings if you get a chance. H

Ian-bad sleep pattern my be the onset of overtraining. Just cut back slightly, and try not to go anaerobic on the climbs. If you should do turbo work midweek, just do recovery type work and no more than 75% MHR. Hopefully you`ll be fine next week or so.
