I don't read italian, but babelfish comes up with:

International week of Coppi and Bartali Rain of consents in sight of the International Week of Coppi and Bartali in program from the 21 to 25 March. To the organized contest from the Sport Group Emilia, in the day today, others have confirmed the own presence two squares inserted in the circuit of the U.C.I. For Tour; draft of French AG2R Prevoyance and the Swiss Phonak Hearing System. With last the two incomes the teams go up therefore to 25 that will participate to the contest, the maximum concurred from the international regulations, for a total of 200 athletes. The other formations For Tour to the way of the International Week of Coppi and Bartali (departure from Riccione and conclusion to Sassuolo) will be: the Italians Lampre, Liquigas and Milram Team, the Belgians Davitamon - Lotto and Quick Step - Innergetic, the Germans Gerolsteiner and T-Mobile Team, Danish CSC and the Spanish Saunier Duval - Prodir. Eleven formations For Tour, eleven Professional and three Continental (this the complete picture as far as the billboard) are the better demonstration of the high level caught up from the International Week of Coppi and Bartali in the last seasons and also an important goal for the Sport Group Emilia in consideration of the fact that, in Italy, only a classic one from the noble history like Milan - Sanremo sees to the way 25 squares. The presentation of the International Week of Coppi and Bartali is in program 27 mondays February near the Hotel Les Bains di Riccione (Gramsci tree-lined avenue) to hours 10,30.

So, I'm still none the wiser.

I don't think the quality will be top notch, as I guess the clasics riders will be in Belgium and other top riders will be at the Criterium International. Having said that, it's possible that some Tour contenders will be there (Simoni?) and the quality will be still be very good.
