Seriously, the "Masterclass" the Mr Yates did for Cycling Plus when I lived down in Bath was one of the finest and most insstructive days of road riding I've ever done (apart from Mr Behr the photographer's incessant "That was great, can you climb that hill again? I want to try a different shot")

It's obvious where he got the "Animal" nickname from. Especially on the descents :shock: I thought I could descend quickly on a roadbike :shock:

You can ride with Sean for a lot cheaper than that, you can race in the Surrey League and that will cost you about £15. Of course he won't be giving advice, he will be ripping your legs off. I echo the downhill comment he descends like a demon, even on the roads around Surrey.

This is like one of those red letter days except for keen cyclists. Anyone who wants to buy this for me for my birthday in April then feel free.

Talking of getting legs ripped off, I pity the poor bugger in InGear RT who has to ride a 3up time trial with Yates & Hutchinson.
