Wednesday 12th - Sportive training ride

Postby huw williams » Mon Apr 10, 2006 9:46 am

Weather forecast is good again this Wednesday so:

5.45 Leave Geoffrey Butlers (so arrive a bit earlier)

At least 7 hills in two hours - up to ten if light/fitness permits. Back in South Croydon at 7.45ish.

Steady pace, do the hills as fast/slow as you like, re-group at the top of each hill

Interested? See thread from last week's ride and for route/profile of hills see Phil's excellent map at:

http://www.the-lamberts.co.uk/cycling/a ... hills.html

Post reply here if your likely to come - don't be scared, it was fun last week.

Can't make the start time at GB's, but might ride round the other way until I run into you (hopefully not literally).

This is more like it - a properly well attended mid-week ACC ride - anyone else want to sign up?
