Sheds

My poor bikes are spending their time out in the elements since the foxes ate the bike covers. Anyone got any 'bike shed' recommendations. I'm not sure I need one of these metal things (link below) - they're £300 and I'd spend that on a new bike! I don't want a wooden thing from B&Q - too high to hide behind the hedge - just a plastic or metal box big enough for a few bikes to keep them out of the rain.

Anyone else come up with a lateral thinking solution? And no, keeping them indoors is incompatible with wife and child.

Why dont you make a custom built wooden box for your bikes.

If you use WBP plywood it will be strong and weather resistant.

True, I would if I were more adept, and didnt have 101 jobs to do in the house with new baby. I found some made by these guys

(this particular size only at B&Q but looks like it would do).

.... I feel guilty thinking of the easy buying one option ..
