Worthing & Back this Sat

Postby Tamar Collis » Wed Apr 19, 2006 9:58 am

From Paul Tunnell:

I am definitely going to take a run to Worthing on Saturday, usual meet at CSS and anyone can tag along. I have an "interesting" route in mind - it will follow the normal clubrun until Faygate then keep straight on UP Colgate, instead of going along the dual carriageway. It will be a steady ride as the Brighton one, and will regroup at the top of major climbs. Will stop for a bite to eat in Worthing. It is approx 100 miles from CSS and back. Please come prepared with some food in pockets, drinking bottle, spare tube and pump, and of course don't forget to apply your sun tan lotion.

Hi Tamar & Paul,

Count me in for this one - Brighton and back was a nice ride and it makes a change from the club run....

I saw Paul this morning - I was heading towards Beckenham and he was heading towards Croydon - didn't recognise him till the last minute !

I'll be there.

What time are you leaving as the last time I came along to a club ride was the Tour of Kent Hills in 2003.

Thanks

Rob
