Ha Ha Cheers Rob! All we need to find out now is whether Jack is (a)trying to prevent his lungs from bursting out of his mouth or (b) has unfortunately been caught out by a stomach emission from the guy on my left.

Aha I know the answer. In last Saturday's race he'd been doing special lung expanding exercises. This type of training is very effective. He sent me the proof in a text late last night - he grabbed 2nd spot in the Hillingdon 4th cat race
