Take it to Halfords. IIRC, the big branches can mix car touch up paint to match any colour (maybe not perfect for metallics). Then (carefully) apply thin coats with a small brush and mask off hte area before finishing with a coat of clear lacquer.

They should be able to get pretty close, which is why I would suggest taking the bike to the store. You may be lucky, and find a "stock" colour thats pretty close.

My old Basso was close enough to BMW Zanibar Red for small patches to not show up too badly.
