Slippery little suckers

Got some new road shoes and pedals yesterday as I've been riding my road bike with spd's and offroad shoes. Anyway riding into work this morning with my gleaming new additions and got cut up badly as per usual by a car swinging into the bus lane at Elephant and Castle had to stop pretty fast. So pinged out of the pedal to put me foot down and Wehaaaay crash bang wallop I was like Bambi on ice . Might have to have revert to the spuds !!!!!

How do you walk in those things?!?!?!

I spose first time out it was a bit silly to do my usual commute up the A3 in to the City . I might have to get tube tomorrow as my shoulder is v painful

Try getting some cleat covers - Condor £6.99. Just remember to take them off when you leave the cafe, or you'll have big trouble clipping in and look a bit of a lemon!

Its ok Sean I wont try riding with the covers on . I've been using your heel down first technique and that seem to work a treat . :)
