Choice of 2 or 4 hour race, start around 10.30am. Great bumpy flat-ish forest singletrack, weather forecast good.

Anyone interested? I have room for 1.

Thetford Mtb Race

Postby Kasper » Sat Nov 25, 2006 10:16 pm

Hiya Sylvain, How goes it?

U missed a good club run today windy and a little wet but somehow all the better for it.

I know this is a bit last minute but if you are still looking for someone to go to the Thetford mtb race i could well be up for it. The organisation looks good and if all goes well could end up doing all three in the series.

I think i remember Jason and Cushtie doing this one ages ago. Sounded like a good laugh.

As it'd take agood 2 to 3 hour car journey u must be leaving v early. Like around 8 or 9 oclock.

Anyway how are you gettinng there? And which distance do you intend doing?

Hi Kasper
Yeah have decided not to go in the end
I read it was already muddy on Friday, so must be pretty bad after today's weather
If I plan to do the next one I'll do it earlier than this time and put it up on the site
sorry
cheers

No probs Sylvain,

Glad to see good sense prevailing. Hope the next event doesn't clash with Sundays road racing training as I think i'm going to have to start putting my road riding first.
Always good to hear what events you get up to, so keep on posting those MtB details you never know i might be tempted back to the muddy side!!!!! :!: 8)
