Chaingang Tonight 7 December 7.30pm

Postby siwickm » Thu Dec 07, 2006 10:09 am

A repeat of Tuesdays very succesful chain gang ride. If anyone fancies coming along then we will be meeting at 7.30pm in Bletchingley outside the White Harte, probably huddled in the bus shelter if it is windy.

The route is about 25 miles.

Hope to see a few of you there.

Cheers

Not too bad, a slight headwind, good training to help you lose all that weight fatty.

Cheers

Well done Huw, I bailed half way through my 2nd set this afternoon. I blame Axel Merckx, 2005 TDF penultimate stage before the ITT. The Liberty S guy went for it on the final climb up to Monde. Axel couldn't match him and seeing as I was on Axel's wheel neither could I. More Turbo Training TDF battles next Monday Eve :(

It's not easy to see them through is it? I'm really suffering for about 2 days after doing it. Must be getting old - but it beats 3hours steady riding every day on the road in this weather :-)

Its off, too windy, just came back from the train station and got blown about a fair bit.

Next week should have calmed down, at least I hope so.

Cheers

Damn right it's too windy for that sort of shenanigans.

Thought I was going to die on the way home. Waterloo bridge was very scary

Did a monster Turbo session instead, also stuck a picture of a Bianchi on the wall and started throwing darts at it as well.

Cheers

Am I the only one who's spent the last 2 weeks sitting on my arse doing nothing between weekends? :)

Weather permitting hope to be out for next Tuesdays torture trip.

Marek, they do a revenge doll here :D
