Hey Marco, I bet you didn't think that I would be the first to respond!!!

My very embyonic myspace area is http://www.myspace.com/alanmalarkey

I haven't really got to grips with this yet and in truth my daughter put it together this evening - but yes I guess it could be an added aspect of the forum. What did you have in mind Marco?

BTW, my myspace area looks very sad 'cos I have only 2 friends, my daughter Jennifer and Tom who is the editor!!! Who will be my friend?

Cheers

I live to amaze marco!!!

but..... social networking via the internet is only as good as the community of similar interests that exists - - I suppose that if one built an Addiscombe CC network of 'friends' with Myspace sites blogs, other links , photos and music it could be interesting but you probably need a critical mas to make it work, and in any case the forum and website already offer the same or similar possibilities - so I am left with the question - what is the point of it for us - accepting of course that DJ affecianados such as yourself already have a natural constituency on the format.

I think it is probably a solution looking for a problem.
