I didn't click the link and logged in normally from the site in case it was a virus. Has anybody else had this? Is there a bug on the site? Or is it just a problem I've got

Seeing Sylvain's comment about not getting a message pop-up, I had the email notification of a pm but it was not the normal marco@addiscombe message and email address.
I didn't click the link and logged in normally from the site in case it was a virus. Has anybody else had this? Is there a bug on the site? Or is it just a problem I've got
